Calculator for Accurate Dosages

Through our single page Calculator page your pool characteristics, chlorinator type and specific testing required are easily specified through a few simple drop-down box selections. Once readings are input automatically through Computer Vision technologies (or manually entered), the “Calculate” button at the bottom of the page instantly displays exact quantities and costs of chemicals required to have your pool water perfectly balanced. Complicated algorithms in the background compensate for the inter-relationship between pH-Alkalinity and Salt-Calcium readings for mineral pools. Our Calculator results enables you to instantly become a “pool-chemistry expert” and know exactly what is required to have a healthy pool.
4-Pad & 6-Pad Test-Strip Reader

Water Testing Problem Health departments internationally require public swimming pools to test chemicals multiple times each day with a photometer. A photometer is a device that converts the strength of colour from different chemicals into digital readings. For most homeowners to test their pool water this way is cost prohibitive, because photometers are expensive. Using test strips conventionally is not accurate, because you have to try match the different colours of the strip to a comparison chart and the results do not match photometer readings. Test Strip Solution The largest manufacturer of test strips for testing pool water make the brands Aquachek 7 and Aquachek 4-in-1. The pool industry‘s leader in photometers is Waterlink‘s Spin Disc. We’ve developed software utilising Computer Vision and Machine Learning (ML) technologies to analyse test strips from Aquachek 7 and Aquachek 4-in-1 and calibrated results against Waterlink’s Spin Disc readings. Extensive fine-tuning of ML algorithms has optimised our model’s accuracy. Our software now enables homeowners to have a photometer level of accuracy for their pool chemical readings… just from test strips! Ease of Use Simply take a photo of the test strip on your phone and our software recognises if the photo is a 6-pad or 4-pad strip. Readings are directly imported into our Calculator to then display the precise quantities of chemicals needed to balance your pool water.
Chemistry Target Levels

In Pool Set-up, chemistry target levels are set-up with default settings. If you have custom requirements, these settings can be changed and saved as new default settings. Once saved these new settings will instantly be reflected in Calculator results. At any time any changes made can be reverted back to our original default settings.
Water Test History

The water test history pages enable you to view previous tests taken and the results. Knowing what has been added to your pool previously will help to highlight problems such as chlorinator issues or if your pool has a leak. Cost summaries also enable you to view chemical costs for your pool for each testing.
Salt & Mineral Pool Management

These pages enable you to input manufacturer recommended salt levels, ok - level, ok + level and if an ORP probe is installed. Manufacturer recommended Stabiliser (CYA) levels are also input here for Calculator to use.
Chemical Cost Records

Data for all chemicals purchased is retained within the system. Reports can be generated that show combined or individual products purchases and by list date purchased and costs. This handy tool can be used to identify excessive usage trends caused by issues such as a leaking pool.
Green Pool Treatment

If your pool goes green, Calculator will help by specifying chemical quantities and time intervals required. Once you choose the green colour of your pool and your chemical preferences, Calculator will display the treatment plan. If the green issue persists, the treatment will need to be repeated.
Black-Spot Algae Fix

If you pool has a Black-Spot Algae outbreak, once you’ve selected the intensity of the Black-Spot and your preferred chemicals to use, Calculator will display the treatment plan. If the Black-Spot issue persists, a modified treatment plan will need to be created based on the current outbreak status of your pool.
